Assistance Dogs of the West Benefit Concert with Dave Grusin, Tom Kennedy and Will Kennedy
The ADW Benefit Concert on 11/9 Features the Jazz Quartet of All-Stars Dave Grusin and Lee Ritenour. A 16-Member Chamber Section Plays, Too!
Classical Crossover, Plus Electrifying Jazz
We extend a heartfelt invitation for you to join us for a night to remember.
Sunday, November 9th at 7 p.m. will be a very special evening at The Lensic, Santa Fe’s Performing Arts Center. Composer and pianist Dave Grusin and guitarist Lee Ritenour lead up a benefit concert for ADW that will span two worlds. Beginning with soulful classical crossover, 16 chamber musicians join the jazz quartet — which includes bass player Tom Kennedy and percussionist Will Kennedy — to perform songs from their Grammy-nominated album, Two Worlds. After intermission, the quartet plays an electrifying jazz set. Don’t miss it! Click here for tickets.
Here’s just one of the life-changing programs that you support by supporting ADW.
Ever since Jill Felice founded ADW in 1995, our student trainer program has been a foundation of what we offer to our community and state. Simply put, we teach students to train dogs to help people. Since 1995, more than 2500 student trainers have participated.
ADW’s Assistance Dog Student Training program is the largest of its kind in the world. We run programs during the school year and in summers. What every Student Training program session has in common, is that this work strengthens relationships, builds skills and nurtures empathy among young people, the dogs in training, and our clients.
It’s just a beautiful thing. Have a look! And let us count on your support!
