Grusin trilogy – state-of-the-art opening. Born in 1934, Dave Grusin is one of the old masters of the Californian music scene. Grusin’s oeuvre is truly extensive, including jazz, pop and fusion as well as music for film and television. He has received numerous awards (among others, 12 Grammys plus an Oscar for the soundtrack of Robert Redford’s movie ‘The Milagro Beanfield War’. Grusin has played with stars like Paul Simon, Quincy Jones, Billy Joel and many more. When this multi-stylist performs with the Grisons Chamber Philharmonic and other special guests, he is guaranteed to pull out all the stops.
